New Rating module
Rapid changes are bringing new requirements to the way you approach evaluating your people. We've added new functionality for creating and evaluating competency models and learning objectives, evaluation questionnaires and last but not least a whole section for performance and progress evaluation. This includes tracking the achievement of objectives, whether involving OKRs, or KPIs.
New Surveys module
Employee engagement is as important to us as it is to you. Compile and evaluate internal surveys in one place. Including tracking and calculation of eNPS (Net Promoter Score).
The Asynchronous Reports, which are generated in the background of the application, help you handle big data reporting. Once the report is ready, we simply notify you.
Implementation of artificial intelligence in the application with AI assistant
To handle your work and requests faster and more efficiently, we've started integrating artificial intelligence into the app. In the very near future, thanks to our proprietary language model, you will be able to devote your time to more people and less administration.
HR analytics studio
We know how important data and tracking is to you. You will be able to track more than 100 HR metrics over time. We even include artificial intelligence to analyze them!
The User Timelines in their cards help you quickly track changes that happen to your people over time.
Newcomer package templates can greatly simplify the pre-onboarding process, making an important part of the new person's life journey clearer.
We've enabled greater involvement of team managers in the process and lightened HR's role.
We have created a new holding structure for Enterprise plan clients.

Maintaining standards, application development and reliability are key for us. Unfortunately, we have not escaped the rising costs. In order to maintain our position as a reliable and responsible partner, we have decided to adjust our list tariffs. The smallest package, Essential, was then newly enhanced with a document and electronic signing module.
